This is what I look like after running 12 miles.
In 1 hour and 50 minutes and 13 seconds.
Which is pretty fast. 9:11 minute miles, if you are keeping track.
Which means I might be able to match last year's time for my half marathon.
And also means I burned close to 11oo calories. Which means I go can to Chipolte and eat their chips and guacamole all by myself, if I want.
And lastly, it also means that I am officially tapering off the long runs until the race.
